To submit the ticket via phone you need to know your company phone code as well as your personel phone code.
These codes are displayes on your account page after you logon here.
Please record these coedes, so we can help you, in case you lost your internet connection and want to submit a ticket.
Please do not forget to logon and close your ticket after your issue has been resolved.
