Mr. Pascal has 16+ years of
experience driving exceptional
growth through sales management,
operations, strategic marketing,
project management, team leadership
and hiring in large corporate and
entrepreneurial positions. He has
directed sales organizations and
provided innovative solutions for
clients across various industries in
North America such as Technology,
Oil & Gas, Industrial,
Transportation, Insurance, Finance
and Agriculture.
He has lead sales in large
corporations up to $150M in revenue
and built successful organizations
from the ground up including
multiple personal businesses since
1982. He has strong communication
skills having conducted Business and
Technical speaking engagements up to
1000 people and trained hundreds of
sales personnel by personally
conducting over 25,000 sales calls.
Kelly Pascal earned a Bachelor of
Commerce (Honours) Degree in
Marketing and International Business
in 2002 while working full time and
a Bachelor of Arts in Political
Studies and Philosophy in 1996 from
the University of Manitoba in
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. His
Post-Degree Education includes
hundreds of seminars and extensive
study and training in Sales,
Executive Management and Operations
from leading-edge international
companies.
