Mr. Yin has 4+ years of client and technical experience in roles as IT Director, network design and administration, customer service, and training. In addition his experience in hardware selling, training and support ensures that he is familiar with the inherent support issues that must be considered during network design. Ian has designed, installed and supported numerous networks worldwide on both Linux and Windows platforms. He also is fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.

Mr. Yin possesses a Bachelor of Computer Science from Zhong Shan University in Beijing, China in 2000 and a Diploma in Business Accounting from NAIT in 2005.
